Experimental Test of qRule Theory
Three qRules governing the collapse of a wave function are given in another paper. In most situations the predictions of this theory are identical with the predictions of other foundation theories. However, there is at least one experiment in which the qRules predict results that are characteristically different from other theories. These results are shown to be a function of temperature and pr...
متن کاملAn experimental test of Booth's primary electroviscous effect theory.
The primary electroviscous effect has been investigated in dilute suspensions of titanium oxide (anatase), the viscosities of which were measured by means of a capillary viscometer with automatic timing. The linear relation between viscosity and solids volume fraction was first determined at the isoelectric point of the particles when the particles are uncharged, and the electroviscous contribu...
متن کاملChaotic principle: an experimental test
The chaotic hypothesis discussed in [GC1] is tested experimentally in a simple conduction model. Besides a confirmation of the hypothesis predictions the results suggest the validity of the hypothesis in the much wider context in which, as the forcing strength grows, the attractor ceases to be an Anosov system and becomes an Axiom A attractor. A first test of the new predictions is also attempted.
متن کاملA survey about individuals motives of participation intention in sports activity (Experimental test of the theory of planned behaviour)
Purpose: In this study, the theory of planned behaviour was used to better understand participation in sport. Method: This study used survey & cross-sectional method. Data were gathered from 360 student's university of Yazd. The collection instrument of data was planned behaviour scale revised. Results: Results from the empirical test of the theory of planned behaviour with students participati...
متن کاملExperimental Test of the "Special State" Theory of Quantum Measurement
Abstract: An experimental test of the “special state” theory of quantum measurement is proposed. It should be feasible with present-day laboratory equipment and involves a slightly elaborated Stern–Gerlach setup. The “special state” theory is conservative with respect to quantum mechanics, but radical with respect to statistical mechanics, in particular regarding the arrow of time. In this arti...
